What’s new
Changes to Paid Signal, newest first.
24 August 2026 — the refusal half of COD
- Courier sheets. Upload the sheet your courier sends you and the orders it collected cash for are marked paid in Shopify, so your ads learn the same day. Returns on the sheet become refusals. All plans.
- Risk tags. Every new COD order is tagged from that customer’s own history with your store — for your call center and for Shopify Flow. The app tags and informs; it never holds or cancels an order. Growth and above.
- Refusal analytics. Where COD money dies: refusal rate and lost revenue by governorate, price band, product and courier. Rates are withheld below 20 orders so a small segment cannot mislead you. Growth and above.
- Repeat-refuser audiences. A Meta and Snapchat audience of customers who refused twice or more and have not paid since, kept current automatically and removed the moment they pay. Exclude it in your ad sets. Scale and above.
August 2026
- Available on the Shopify App Store. Paid Signal launched on 10 August 2026 — install it on your store. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
- New pricing. Four tiers from $9/month — Starter $9, Growth $49, Scale $149, Enterprise $299. Order allowances and per-order rates are unchanged. Billing stays per paid order, through Shopify.
- Auto-synced payer audiences (Scale). Meta and Snapchat audiences of your verified payers, kept current automatically — refunds and returns are removed, not just added. You create the Lookalike from that seed in the ad platform.
- Google Ads connects from the dashboard. You link the account and pick the conversion action, or have the app create one for you. Google Analytics 4 can also be connected, and does not count against your channel limit.
- Guided setup for every channel, with a live check when you press Finish that tells you the connection is working or names exactly what is missing.
- Events identify their sender. Every event Paid Signal sends now arrives stamped as Paid Signal in Meta Events Manager and in Snapchat’s Events Manager.
- A rebuilt dashboard: one headline per screen, the order ledger grouped by day, and a tooltip on every field that needed explaining.
